I search across the full Ibiza market — RE/MAX listings, other agencies, and off-market properties — to build a shortlist that genuinely matches your criteria.
I accompany you on every viewing and give you my honest read on each property — the good, the bad, and what the asking price actually reflects.
Before any offer, I check the property's legal status, urban planning classification, building licences, and any known issues. In Ibiza, this step is not optional.
I advise on realistic offer strategy based on comparable sales and market conditions. I negotiate on your behalf — directly, calmly, and with your interests first.
I coordinate with lawyers, notaries, and banks to keep the transaction on track. Once the keys are yours, I remain available for any questions that come up after.

Due Diligence
Ibiza has a complex legal and urban planning landscape. A property can be fully registered at the notary and still have significant issues — illegal extensions, incorrect land classification, outstanding debts, or missing licences. Before I recommend making an offer, I carry out a thorough preliminary check.
